About the Role: 
This role sits within Sitecore’s CVR Services Solutions Hub (Kuala Lumpur), a centralized team supporting our global Customer Value Realization organization. It provides exposure to both Customer Success and Project Management frameworks within a structured enterprise delivery model.
 
This is a non-client-facing delivery role focused on executing standardized activities that power Customer Success and Project Management execution. This role produces high-quality, consistent outputs using predefined templates, documented processes, and approved activities from the Hub activity catalogue. It enables regional teams to focus on strategic, client-facing engagement. All work is intake-driven and executed within defined scope and SLA expectations.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Execute standardized and repeatable activities across Customer Success and Project Management workstreams
  • Prepare structured deliverables including project artifacts, status reports, meeting materials and customer success outputs based on approved templates
  • Provide field consultants with accurate health, adoption, and project status data to support monitoring, adoption tracking and project execution
  • Support project governance by maintaining timelines, milestone tracking and RAID artifacts within defined templates
  • Maintain accurate system data and documentation to support reporting and defined customer success and project management metrics
  • Follow established processes, templates and documentation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
  • Highlight missing inputs or blockers early through the defined intake and workflow process
  • Flag opportunities to streamline templates, improve documentation clarity and strengthen execution consistency
 
What You Need to Succeed: 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in consulting support, project coordination, delivery support, customer success support, or similar execution‑oriented roles
  • Strong process discipline, attention to detail
  • Ability to execute repeatable work to SLA adherence
  • Experience with collaboration and PSA tools such as Jira, Confluence, Certinia, ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Understanding of software delivery models and customer lifecycle concepts
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to produce clean, customer-ready documentation even in a non-client-facing role
 
Additional Skills That Set You Apart: 
  • Experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Customer Success environments
  • Familiarity with Sitecore products or the broader Sitecore ecosystem
  • Exposure to structured delivery playbooks, standardized review processes or operational support models used in scaled services hubs
